Delivery and payment terms

Please read these General Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing or ordering a service on the website. By submitting your purchase/order, you accept the terms and conditions described herein.

2. Subject of the Contract

  • The scope of these General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: GTC) covers the products and/or services provided through the website operated by the Service Provider (hereinafter: Website).

  • The contract is concluded electronically between the buyer (hereinafter: Buyer) and the Service Provider, in the Hungarian language.

 

3. Order Process

  1. The Buyer selects the desired product or service.

  2. By clicking the "Order" or "Purchase" button, they submit their order.

  3. The Service Provider confirms the receipt of the order via e-mail.

  4. The contract is thereby concluded.

 

4. Prices and Payment Terms

  • The displayed prices are gross prices, meaning they include VAT (if the enterprise is subject to VAT).

  • Payment method: [Advance bank transfer / Credit card / Cash on delivery / Cash – optional]

5. Delivery / Fulfillment

6. Right of Withdrawal (mandatory only for private individual buyers!)

The Buyer (if a consumer) is entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal pursuant to Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.):

  • The Buyer may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the receipt of the product (in the case of a service, from the conclusion of the contract).

  • The intention to withdraw must be indicated via e-mail or postal mail.

  • The product must be returned in an undamaged condition.

  • The cost of return shipping is borne by the Buyer.

  • The Service Provider shall refund the amount within 14 days.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal (if relevant!):

  • Custom-made products produced to the Buyer's specifications.

  • Digital content, if performance has begun and the consumer has waived this right.

 

7. Complaint Handling

  • The Buyer may lodge a complaint using the Service Provider's contact details.

  • The Service Provider records complaints in writing and responds within 14 days.

  • If the complaint cannot be resolved, the Buyer may turn to a conciliation board.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider is not liable for:

  • technical errors that may occasionally occur on the site.

  • misunderstandings resulting from the customer's fault.

  • fulfillment issues arising from incorrect data provision.

 

9. Copyrights

All content on the website (text, images, graphics) is protected by copyright. Their unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.

 

10. Miscellaneous Provisions

  • The contract is concluded electronically; the document is not filed.

  • The contract is governed by Hungarian law.

  • The Service Provider is entitled to unilaterally modify the GTC, which shall not affect previously placed orders.

These General Terms and Conditions are effective from: August 10, 2026.
